Horwath HTL has compiled practical key figures for hotels, using data from existing hotels as well as building plans for hotel designs. The collected information has been published in Hotels per m². This publication includes averages for room size, bathroom size, back office areas, wellness, toilets, kitchens, size and capacity of restaurants, bars and meeting rooms and parking spaces.
